She started doing films in 1992, particularly portraying Radhika on her debut film Bekhudi. In 1994, she started to become remarkable when she took the part Sapna on the film Yeh Dillagi and became nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Actress. She was then awarded with Filmfare Award for Best Actress for her film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge by which she acted as Simran Singh. Becoming more and more popular in Bollywood, she was seen on various films including DushmanPyaar To Hona Hi ThaKuch Kuch Hota HaiKabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham…, and many other films.

Kajol maintains her awesome body by regularly training with her fitness coach Shereveer Vakil. Her exercises usually consist of weight training and endurance exercises. And hey, this beautiful actress owns a gym at home!

According to her, “I believe in building endurance and eating healthy to look your best. I do not advocate starvation or reduced calorie diet.” She’s not a vegetarian but she claims to be a really healthy eater. She also stated in one of her interviews that she’s more into high-protein foods like fish, chicken, and eggs.
