Joseph Michael Manganiello, better known as Joe Manganiello, is an American actor, director, producer, and author. He was born on December 28, 1976 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The son of John Charles Manganiello and Susan, he is known to have Armenian, German, and Italian descent and was raised in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania. While attending college at Carnegie Mellon University, he participated in a couple of stage plays in Pittsburgh’s theatre scene. He started to appear on screen in the year 2002, playing the role Eugene “Flash” Thompson on the American superhero film Spider-Man. In 2006, he gained lots of acting projects which include working on TV film A.K.A. and TV series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Jake in Progress, Las Vegas, So Notorious, and Close to Home. It was also in 2006 when he had his breakthrough and was cast on the American sitcom How I Met Your Mother which lasted until 2012. Soon after, he was seen portraying roles on ‘Til Death, One Tree Hill, True Blood, and White Collar.
Apparently, Joe is one of those male celebrities who possess incredible six-pack abs. His secret? It’s his series of grueling workouts at the gym. He usually spends time doing exercises that focus more on his legs, chest, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. And yes, he’s doing lots of heavy weights and reps.
