She was born on April 12, 1988 in Vicenza, Italy. The wife of football wide receiver James Decker, she started working on refining her craft with Carla Wallace of Big Yellow Dog Music after auditioning and being often rejected by most of the country labels in Nashville, Tennessee. It was in August 2009 when she published her first album Jessie James. That was the start of her booming and successful career.

Jessie’s workout routine usually consists of cardio exercises. She told E-online: “I’ll do the StairMaster or switch it up to doing a three-mile walk around my neighborhood, which has a lot of hills.” According to her, she’s also in for some strength training. “I do 100 crunches, 50 push-ups, some 5-pound arm workouts— and squats,” she said.

For her diet, she usually devours eggs and bacon as well as grilled shrimp salad with a lemon juice dressing. As much as possible, she always makes it point to indulge only in light meals. She said, “The truth is all you need to do is eat right and exercise a little every day.”
