In 2003, Jessica had her appearance with former husband Nick Lachey on the show Newlyweds, an MTV reality show which attracted a large base of fans. Although her prominence as a singer didn’t last long, her appearance on the show was definitely her biggest break. Aside from that, another success which she enjoys currently is her own fashion line of shoes, clothing and accessories.

Along her success in the fashion empire, Jessica also enjoys her success on fitness. Through a workout routine which is composed of lunges, weight resistance exercises and squats, she was able to lean and tone her body just the way she want it to be. “She was strong, but I realized her endurance wasn’t that great.” her personal trainer Michael Alexander says.

Aside from having this kind of workout regimen, Jessica also stopped eating her favorites like banana pudding and bread. She used Alexander’s “Don’t Eat Crap Diet” which is somehow related to South Beach Diet consisting of high-protein and low-carb menu mainly consists of fish, vegetables and grilled chicken.
