Canadian film and TV actress Jessica Paré was born on December 5, 1980 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada to parents Anthony Paré and Louise Mercie. She grew up bilingual and was raised in a Catholic religion. And being raised by parents who are both actors, it is no wonder why Jessica chose to become an actress. She had her next appearance in 1999 when she played the role Rosalie Profaci in Bonanno: A Goddfather’s Story. Her first big screen role happened in 2000 when she was included as one of the stars who will complete the list of casts for the movie Stardom. With her first performances which were impressive, she was hired for series of roles in various films and TV series, including the TV series Jack & Bobby where she portrayed the role Courtney Benedict and Mad Men where she appeared as Megan Calvet Draper.
When the Montreal-born actress was asked about her fitness secrets, she said she’s inclined to a particular class that makes her feel healthy. “I would take this class that I really like,” she shared in one of her interviews. “It’s an exercise and dance class called bar method. It’s like a combination of ballet and Pilates and Yoga. It’s a fun class, but totally hard.”
And what about her diet? Well, Jessica is known to be a devoted vegetarian. “I’ve been a vegetarian for two and a half years,” she admitted.
