Jessica Collins, born Jessica Lynn Capogna in Schenectady, New York, on April 1, 1971, is an American actress. She debuted in the TV industry in the year 1991, taking part on the TV series Loving by which she acted as Dinah Lee Mayberry Alden until 1994. She then experience her first appearance on big screen, portraying the role Dr. Tina Reeves on the flick Leprechaun 4: In Space. From 2002 to 2003, she became prominent for her role Colleen on the TV series American Dreams and later on became famous for playing the role Meredith Davies on Tru Calling from 2003 to 2004. From 2007 to 2008, she played another significant role on Big Shots. Presently, she stars on The Young and the Restless, playing the role Avery Bailey Clark.

According to the actress, she constantly works out with a trainer. “I have the best trainer in L.A.: Christine Hazelton at KOR gym,” she shared in one of her interviews. “I was amazed how much less I was working out and how much more I was eating. I work out two to three days a week with her and do two to three days of cardio on my own.”

And when it comes to her diet, she said, “Christine kept saying I needed to eat more: three meals a day with snacks. I’ve been doing that for about six months. I lost 10 pounds, and I’ve never had more energy. It’s miraculous.”
