American model, TV host, comedy actress, author, and anti-vaccine activist Jennifer Ann McCarthy, better known as Jenny McCarthy, was born on November 1, 1972 in Evergreen Park, Illinois, USA. She is known to have Irish, Polish, and German ancestry. She attended school at institutions Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School, Brother Rice High School, and St. Laurence High School. Prior to fame, Jenny started to appear as a model and was highlighted in Playboy magazine October 1993 issue. It was in the year 1995 when she landed an acting job, particularly playing a minor role in the neo-noir crime film Things to Do in Denver When You’re Dead. The same year, she also appeared in the sketch comedy series Mr. Show and hosted the popular game show Singled Out. Recently, she’s working as a Time Square correspondent in the annual TV special Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.
Jenny’s workout routine mainly consists of Bikram Yoga. According to her, it does not only keep her in prime shape but also helps her skin improve. “Bikram Yoga makes me feel better, it helps me stay in shape and it’s an all natural way to keep my face firm. You know how when you get a facial and they steam your skin for 90 minutes? That’s how Bikram leaves my skin—it tightens it,” Jenny stated in one of her interviews.
When asked about her diet, she said she’s indulging in a soup diet. According to her, “My new favorite thing is my soup diet. I make a ton of nutritious ones, like butternut squash and vegetable. When I want to drop five pounds quickly, I eat them for every meal for about 10 days.”
