Born in India on May 30, 1985, Jennifer Winget is a renowned film and TV actress. She is famous for her roles in several flicks such as Raja Ko Rani Se Pyar Ho Gaya, Love Kiya Aur Lag Gayi, and Life Reboot Nahi Hoti. She started to get noticed in show business in 1995 when she played a minor role in the film Akele Hum Akele Tum. After her successful appearance in the said film, she was again hired to play a minor role in the film Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat in 1997. In 2003, she was cast in the film Kuch Naa Kaho as well as in the TV series Shaka Laka Boom Boom. It was in the year 2010 when she experienced her big break and was cast in the popular TV series Dill Mill Gayye where she played the lead role Dr. Gupta. Presently, she is starred in Saraswatichandra and plays the main role Kumud.
When Jennifer was asked by The Telly Times about the importance of staying fit, she said, “Staying fit to me means not falling sick, avoiding any kind of rounds to the hospital and just being fresh and healthy.”
Regarding her fitness regimen, she said she’s not into rigid exercises. “I really don’t follow any such fitness regime because frankly there is no time for that and somehow I feel I am blessed with a good body, but I drink vegetable juice every day, be it any vegetable, which is a must for me! I hate using the gym and prefer maybe a run or walk whenever possible,” she revealed.
When it comes to her diet, she said she regularly drinks healthy juice and consumes foods that offer health benefits. “Eating the right type of food is even more important than heading to the gym or extensively exercising, as healthy food really helps maintain the body well,” she explained.
