Jay Cutler - CelebHealthy_comAmerican IFBB professional bodybuilder Jay Cutler, originally Jason Isaac Cutler, was born on August 3, 1973 in Sterling, Massachusetts, USA. He is famous for winning the Mr. Olympia in the year 2006, 2007, 2009, & 2010. When he was 11, he used to help his parents’ concrete construction business. He started to train at Wachusett Regional High School when he turned 18. Finished his studies from Quinsigamond Community College in 1993, he earned a degree in criminal justice. He took the said degree so he can work as a Corrections Officer for a maximum security prison. Eventually he met Marcos Rodriguez who later on inspired him to become a bodybuilder. Over a matter of time, Rodriguez served as his personal trainer. It was in the year 1992 when he joined his first bodybuilding competition–the Gold’s Gym Worcester Bodybuilding Championships which earned him the second place. From then on, he became successful in his chosen career, making him one of the best bodybuilders in the United States.

To come up an extremely ripped physique, Jay undergoes series of tremendous and serious exercises. He works out in the gym by doing doing workouts that may strengthen his deltoid muscles, triceps, traps, abs, chest, and biceps. He also performs squats, leg extensions, leg press, and lunges.

When it comes to his diet, he doesn’t practice any special type. He consumes seven meals a day and takes minerals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, and glutamine. He also takes vitamins on a regular basis.
