American actress and singer Jane Krakowski was born on October 11, 1968 in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey to parents Ed and Barbara Krajkowski, It is no wonder why Jane eventually became an actress. As a child, she grew up under the influence of her mom who was a college theater instructor and a producing artistic director of Women’s Theater Company. She first appeared on big screen in the year 1983 when she was highlighted on the film National Lampoon’s Vacation. Soon after, she played the role Jane Jackson on the TV miniseries Alex Haley’s Queen. She also experienced her breakthrough when she was cast for a regular role on the TV series Ally McBeal from 1997 to 1992 as well as on TV series 30 Rock from 2006 to 2013. Presently, she is expected to appear on Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.
Since Jane became a mother, her workout routine has changed. According to her, “I used to be a workout freak, I would work out five times a week but lately it’s been harder with scheduling. So now it’s jumping in a class once in awhile but eventually I’ll have more time.” However, she still finds time to do the usual thing by performing some of her favorite workouts. “I love group fitness classes. I pick my classes based on the music they play,” she explained.
On the other hand, she believes that eating less helps you prevent weight gain.
