Jackie Chan, born as Chan Kong-sang, is an actor, comedian, director, action choreographer, martial artist, singer, businessman and producer from Hong Kong. He was born on April 7, 1954 in Victoria Peak, Hong Kong to parents Charles and Lee-Lee Chan. At the age of 6, he already found out his interest in acting as well as in music and martial arts that’s why his parents supported him and enrolled him to China Drama Academy. When a filmmaker visitor noticed him, he was instantly offered a minor, stunt role. Jackie accepted the role which eventually led him to leave the academy and concentrate more on films. His first breakthrough happened in 1978 when he appeared as a cast in the action film Snake in the Eagle’s Shadow. For years, he became dominant in action movies and is, up to the moment, regarded as one of the greatest martial arts actors in the world.
Now, when it comes to keeping his body fit for fighting stunts, Jackie is also motivated to do his task which is to do workouts and practice healthy lifestyle. He spends time in the gym doing rigorous physical training that suits his level of strength. From hardcore Kung Fu training to using exercise machines and treadmills to weight lifting–these things make up his toned and strong physique.
When it comes to his diet, the action star is known to be very strict when it comes to it. He usually consumes foods that are low in carbs, sodium, and fat.
