Swedish actress Helena Mattsson was born on born on 30th of March, 1984 in Stockholm, Sweden. She started to be seen on screen in the year 2005 when she was cast in an episode of Sex, Love & Secrets. Her career then grew into a more wholesome one when she portrayed a significant role on the film Species: The Awakening, appearing as Miranda. In 2009, she also made a big screen appearance which was on Roland Joffe’s drama film You and I. The said film gave her the opportunity to work with celebrities Mischa Barton and Anton Yelchin. She also played roles on film Surrogates, Iron Man 2, Audrey, Melvin Smarty, Seven Psychopaths, and Guns, Girls and Gambling.
When Helena was asked in an interview about her usual workout routine, she answered, “I try to go to the gym a few times a week, but I admit, I cheat sometimes, and sometimes I don’t go as often. I usually do more cardio and little bit of weights.”
Her diet regimen is not known but she is sure to be practicing a healthy and balanced one.
