Harley Pasternak - celebhealthy_comHarley Samuel Pasternak is a Canadian-American personal trainer, motivational speaker, author and television host. He was born on August 6, 1974 in Toronto, Canada. A product of University of Western Ontario, he also attended college at the University of Toronto. He became widely recognized for co-hosting ABC’s 2012 daytime talk show called The Revolution. Apart from that, he also became known because of his books such as The Body Reset Diet and The 5-Factor Diet.
