Gordon James Ramsay, Jr, OBE is a Scottish born British chef and restaurateur. He was born on November 8, 1966 in Johnstone, United Kingdom. The second of four children, he used to play football when he was 12 years old. During the fourth series of “The F Word”, he visited Ibrox, the home ground of his favorite childhood football team Rangers. When he was 19 years old, he paid more serious attention to his culinary education. He then enrolled at North Oxfordshire Technical College to study Hotel Management, sponsored by the Rotarians. It was when he returned to London in 1993 when was offered the position of head chef at the Three Michelin starred La Tante Claire in Chelsea.
The celebrity chef is noted be a fitness enthusiast. He usually does 70-mile cycle rides and 25-mile runs. In fact, he tweeted once, “3.86km swim, 180.25km bike ride, 42.2km run & just over 14hrs later-it’s DONE! #IRONMAN #IMKONA Thx 4 all the support!”
When it comes to his eating preferences, he’s practicing a strict diet. He also incorporates veggie shake on his meals. He’s been practicing this kind of diet since years ago.
