A product of Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, she started acting since the year 1978, portraying a significant role on the BBC science fiction television series Blake’s 7.
Even at the age of 59, Glynis is still fit and sexy. What’s her secret? And what’s her diet like? Here’s what she revealed in one of her interviews: “My first meal of the day will be lunch between midday and 2pm. For lunch I’ll eat maybe a whole packet of smoked salmon with a couple of boiled eggs and a big salad with olives and avocado in it and olive oil dressing. Then I’ll have a cup of green tea and for dessert some fruit and probably some fresh coconut.”
She added, “I won’t eat again for at least five hours. Then I’ll try to have my dinner by seven. I don’t eat red meat so I’ll cook either chicken or fish. Then I might make myself sweet potato fries in coconut oil, put some Himalayan pink salt on, with some broccoli and some onions too. Then some more fruit and that’s it for the day. When I wake up the next day I’m never hungry. It’s become a way of life.”
