Photo by: Patrick Khachfe/Onside ImagesGavin Lloyd Henson is a Welsh rugby union player who currently plays for Bristol Rugby. He was born on February 1, 1982 in Pencoed, United Kingdom. From 2005 to 2006, he became famous because of his involvement and his contributions to the Wales national team, the team that experienced Grand Slams in the Six Nations Championship. All throughout his career he has played in a variety of positions including fly-half, fullback, and inside centre. Other than sports, he also became famous for his appearances in three reality television series such as 71 Degrees North, Strictly Come Dancing, and The Bachelor.

Gavin obviously has a ripped physique. What is his secret? In one of his interviews, he said, “Strict diet, early mornings, a lot of gym time, a lot of relaxation, massages etc and of course structured team training with both the Ospreys and Wales.”

He particularly performs exercises such as Box jumps, Step ups, Jump downs and turns, and 180 degrees bench jumps. And when it comes to his diet, well, he usually gets rid of foods that do not give him benefits. Some of these foods are cakes, takeaways, plus any foods that have sauce, crisps, cakes, and chips.
