Flo Rida - CelebHealthy_comTramar Lacel Dillard, famous for his stage name Flo Rida, is an American rapper. He was born on September 16, 1979 in Carol City, Florida. Prior to fame, he first associated with artists T-Pain, Rick Ross, Trina, and Trick Daddy. It was in the year 2008 when he earned the release of his first album called Mail on Sunday featuring his first single “Low” by which T-Pain also collaborated. The said track earned a great deal of attention as it reached the music hit charts. He soon had his second album R.O.O.T.S. released and since then, he continues to earn more popularity.

Flo Rida is a regular visitor of the gym. In fact, he always spends time working out at least three to four times a week. He is noted to be doing a lot of cardio exercises and some of his favorite exercises include bench presses, jumping jacks, overhead press, dumbbell press, sit ups, 300 dips, and running on a treadmill.
