American country pop singer Faith Hill was born on September 21, 1967 in Ridgeland, Mississippi, USA. She was adopted by her adoptive parents Edna and Ted Perry when she was still a child and raised her along with their biological sons in a Christian surrounding. She started singing when she was a child by which she used to perform in their Baptist Church. In 1993, she had her first single “Wild One” which became the number 1 on the country music chart. Nowadays, she is one of the highly regarded country music singers and is very well known for her famous songs that include There You’ll Be, This Kiss, and Breathe.
The country artist does not only bring out an amazing singing talent but she’s also a star that shows a healthy and fit figure. Like any other celebrities, Faith also indulges on workouts although sometimes it’s difficult for her to regularly do it because of her busy schedule as an artist and as a family woman. She says in an interview, “Some days it’s harder to get myself moving than others but it has such a positive impact on my day. I have more energy throughout the day and feel better overall. I also try to drink 70-90 ounces of water a day. It is so good for you, inside and out.”
When asked about her diet, she answers, ”I don’t diet but I do watch what I eat. For lunch I usually have a Greek salad with with grilled chicken. I love salads for lunch. It’s light, delicious and good for you. I vary the protein and sometimes use salmon instead of chicken.”
