Born Eva Gaëlle Green in Paris on July 5, 1980, Eva Green is widely recognized as a French actress and model. She was raised in France and has attended school at an English-speaking institution called American University of Paris. She became interested in acting when she was 14 after watching the historical drama film The Story of Adele H. starring Isabelle Adjani. Decided to pursue acting, she enrolled at St. Paul Drama School in Paris and later on enhanced her acting skills at Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London. In 2003, she finally made it to the big screen when she was cast in the romantic drama film The Dreamers. She made quite an impression during her first appearance, that’s why she was again asked to portray roles in different movies such as Arsène Lupin and Casino Royale. She also had her breakthrough when she was cast as Sibylla in the epic action film Kingdom of Heaven and was the leading lady of the actor Orlando Bloom. Just recently, she was seen in the TV series Penny Dreadful.
Apart from her impressive acting skills, Eva is also known to be really gorgeous and sexy. And it’s all because of her discipline when it comes to keeping her body healthy. According to the actress, “I exercise for an hour each morning with my personal trainer Tim Jones. We do a combination of strength and cardio. He really pushes me to do better. I always feel very proud of myself after our exercises.” Additionally, she enjoys Pilates a lot which according to her, gives her such a great feeling.
And what about her diet? Well, she has some tips that might also work for us. “I always start the day with a cup of hot water and lemon because it really cleanses and hydrates me,” she shared. Currently, she’s practicing a portion control diet where she can eat whatever she desires but with limits.
