Estella Dawn Warren, born December 23, 1978 in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, is a Canadian actress, former fashion model, and a former synchronized swimmer. She relocated to Toronto in 1990 to train with the national synchronized swimming team. Five years after, she joined the competition and won as the senior national champion. The said success gave her the opportunity to join the 1996 Summer Olympics. Being to able to successfully conquer synchronized swimming, Estella became the three-time Canadian champion and solo bronze medalist at the 1995 Junior World Championships. After winning the competition, she delved into the world of fashion modeling when she was discovered by George Gallier who was the owner of the American Model Management. Eventually, she became the face of Cacharel, UGG Australia, Nine West, Perry Ellis, Andrew Marc, Volvo, Cartier, Volvo, and De Beers. In 2001, she began acting and was seen on screen for the first time in 2001 by which she became one of the casts of the films Perfume, Driven, Planet of the Apes, and Tangled. She gained a great deal of attention after her first few appearances, leading her to become a successful actress until now.
Fortunately blessed with a beautiful figure, Estella credits it to her active lifestyle. Here’s what she said about her fitness routine: “I exercise a lot, I get an adrenaline rush after exercising every day. I run, bike, do yoga or hike. I like to take bike rides with my boyfriend. At the gym, I do cardio, sit ups and stretch.”
As for her diet, she always opts for healthier foods such as vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. She also admitted that she’s a great fan of tea. In addition to that, she makes sure to keep her body fully hydrated.
