Erin Hamlin - celebhealthy_comErin Mullady Hamlin is a three-time Olympian and the first female American luger to medal at any Winter Olympics, as well as the first American of either gender to medal in singles competition. She was born on November 19, 1986 in New Hartford, New York, United States. The daughter of Ronald Hamlin and Eilleen Hamlin, she is famous for winning the Luge at the 2014 Winter Olympics – Women’s Singles. It was in the year 2014 when she  took the singles bronze medal in Sochi’s Winter Olympics. These days, she remains a successful sports celebrity.

When asked by Women Fitness about her typical exercise routine, Erin said, “I do a lot of different types of training for snowboarding. I run, do yoga, surf, hike, bike, and have a strength and conditioning trainer that I work with. I have always wanted my training to benefit my snowboarding but also be fun so I try to incorporate as many different activities into my life as possible.”

How about her diet? “I just try to eat clean and find that when I am doing so I feel way better,” she said. “I base my meals around organic fruits, vegetables, free range meats and eggs, and limit processed foods.”
