Erin Andrews - CelebHealthy_comErin Andrews, originally named Erin Jill Andrews, is an American journalist, sportscaster, and TV personality. She was born on May 4, 1978 in Lewiston, Maine, USA to parents Paula Andrews and Steven Andrews. She started appearing on screen as a freelance reporter in the year 2000 when she was hired by Fox Sports Florida. In 2004, she began working for ESPN, particularly highlighting the ESPN National Hockey Night. Currently, she is working in Fox Sports as a host of Fox College Football‘s studio show alongside Joey Harrington and Eddie George.

Not only is Erin a smart and stunning personality, she’s also attractively fit and well-toned. And there’s nothing like seeing this blonde chic with a fine and athletic physique to motivate us to start making appointments in the gym regularly. Her secrets? It’s about getting toned with the help of cardio exercises and weight training. According to Erin, she’s doing regular workout mainly because she wants her strength and endurance be boosted. “I find that works best for me. I also run stadiums and use the university gyms on occasion when we’re given permission,” she explains.

When it comes to her diet, Erin admits that she was once a food freak but she successfully dealt with it by changing it in time. “My eating habits have changed a lot over the last 10 years because I realize my body is changing. I used to be a Coca Cola kind of girl or I’d grab a handful of M&M’s and eat a Snickers,” she confesses. “But now I’ll have a banana instead. Instant oatmeal is great to take into the hotel room, and of course any sort of fruit is very helpful. Because I realize I like to enjoy myself a little during breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I try to stay as healthy as possible with the snacks.”

Erin’s eating habits are a good lesson for all of us. While it’s a pleasure to consume guilty-pleasure foods, it’s more than a nice feeling to flaunt a sexy and healthy body. So, better avoid or limit these foods to stay healthy.
