“If I feel like I have to work out four hours a day, and count the calories of everything I put in my mouth, and obsess about how I look the whole time, I will go mad,” she says. “I don’t diet and I don’t aspire to be super-skinny. It’s not inspirational at all for me. I love food and I love cooking, and I love having nice meals.” Emma confides.
