She is an Australian professional triathlete famous for winning a bronze medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. She also won the gold at the ITU Triathlon World Championships in 2009 and in 2010. During the London 2012 Olympics, she earned selection with the Australian Olympic Committee to compete and since then, her career in sports eventually became a success.

Now what is Emma’s fitness routine? “Every day is different, but most days I swim, bike and run,” she explained in an interview. “A week’s training usually adds up to about 25 to 30 hours. The type of training depends on the time of the year and what races are coming up. When it’s race season there is more emphasis on intensity and speed.”

As for her diet, she revealed, “I eat a lot of food as I constantly need to fuel my body for all the training I do. I like it keep it healthy to get the vital energy I need. For breakfast I have muesli, fruit and a coffee. Morning tea is a muffin or rice crackers with honey and banana and some yoghurt. For lunch I have a tuna or turkey salad wrap and some muesli and fruit. Afternoon tea is a protein bar and coffee, and dinner is salmon and steamed vegies with quinoa or rice, and nuts, dried fruit and a peppermint tea for dessert.”
