American model Emily DiDonato was born on February 24, 1991 in Goshen, New York. She is known to be a multiracial– having Italian, Irish, and Native American ancestry. At first, she was encouraged by a family friend to pursue modeling, which she eventually considered. In 2008, she signed with the modeling agency called Request Model Management and was able to work as a model for Guess? clothing line. She also modeled for Ralph Lauren’s “Rugby” Spring 2009 campaign and became the new face of Maybelline New York. It was also in the same year when she became one of the models of the Victoria’s Secret lingerie company. Soon after, she was featured in the cover of The Block magazine October 2009 issue. Just recently, she was highlighted in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue which was photographed in Namibia.
So what’s the secret toward her enviably fit and fab figure? According to the model, she’s a certified gym freak. And she loves to perform spinning, running, and attending to Yoga and Pilates sessions. In addition, she said, “When I’m travelling I try to stay in hotels with a gym so I can go for a run. I usually bring a jump rope as well and some sort of workout DVD. Just staying consistent and doing a little everyday helps.”
And to be bikini-ready all the time, she has to maintain healthy diet practices. “It’s most important for me to eat lots of veggies and protein,” Emily shared.
