Eliza Coupe, born on April 6, 1981 in Plymouth, New Hampshire, is an American comedy icon. She is the daughter of Ernie and Kate and she has siblings namely Sam and Thom. Being actively involved in the theatre during her high school years, it is no wonder why Eliza developed such a huge interest in acting. She experienced her first acting appearance on screen when she was cast in the short film The Day the World Saved Shane Sawyer and particularly played the role Allison. After a year, she guested in the TV series Nick Cannon Presents: Short Circuitz and Flight of the Conchords and gained a significant appearance in the film I Think I Love My Wife. Presently she is filming The Last Time You Had Fun and is expected to play the role Nina in the upcoming TV series Benched.
Eliza is a fitness addict. In fact, she usually exercises using Tracy Anderson’s fitness DVD’s whenever she’s at home. Other than that, she is also fond of hiking long distances every afternoon.
For her diet, she said she feeds herself every three hours and she mostly consumes green juices, oats, eggs, and veggies.
