DeShawn Snow, the wife of the captain of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Eric Snow, is part of an American reality television series The Real Housewives of Atlanta. A mother of three boys, she is an active member of the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church. She also runs a foundation called The DeShawn Snow Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on improving self-esteem in teenage girls.
DeShawn recently created a buzz when she lost 30 pounds. How did she do it? Well, it’s all about motivation and lots of inspiration. According to her when she was interviewed by US Magazine, “I felt everything was out of my control. I had no control over anything that was happening in my life and the weight and working out was something I could control.”
Thanks to her trainer Trey Crump, she was able to achieve her weight loss goals. “When Trey heard of my divorce, he texted me and was like ‘Meet me at the gym at 6 a.m.’,” she shared. “He didn’t ask me any questions, we just worked out. That was his way of getting me out of bed and then once I started, I just got consistent.” Wow, just wow! This is such an inspiration!
