According to the actress, she stays fit by practicing a workout routine called Kundalini Yoga. In an interview, she stated, “Every day I strive to be the best wife, mom, friend, human being I can be. But it’s never as easy as it sounds. Kundalini Yoga is a reminder to me that beauty comes from within. As a workout, it’s intense and demanding, but for the soul, it is as gentle as can be. At the end of every class or session, there is a reward of rest or savasana! After that, I am a new person: rested, recovered, rejuvenated and strong in body, mind, and spirit.”
Her diet is also wholesome. She’s been practicing a vegetarian diet throughout the years and she always eats foods that are 100% organic.
