American singer-songwriter and musician Christina Perri was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, U.S. on August 19, 1986. Her song entitled “Jar of Hearts” which she performed on the famous Fox Show “So You Think You Can Dance” earned her the popularity she deserved as a unique singer-songwriter and musician. With over 48,000 digital copies in its first week, there’s no wonder that Perri has definitely attained a huge success in the music industry.
And just like any other singers, Christina follows her own daily routine to keep herself fit and strong so as to maintain her energy during her performances and protect her voice as well.
Christina shares in one of her interviews in Seventeen: “My best advice to feeling energized in the morning is to wake up and put your arms above your head. I feel like you just get a massive rush of endorphins to your brain and kind of stretched and think about something really positive. I tend to wake up every morning and do a little bit stretching first. I feel like I do that along with like drinking something really healthy to kinda wake me up and then normally I try to get a work-out in the beginning of the day.”
