It was in the year 2008 when she debuted her independent single. Signing to Asylum Records, she was able to release two mixed tapes called Heartbreaks and Earthquakes and Super Ultra in the year 2012. Her debut album True Romance was released in the year 2013.

Now what is Charli’s workout regime? Here’s what she said in an interview: “To be honest, for me, my main workout is when I‘m on stage. Even though make pop music, I don’t think I perform in the classic ‘pop star’ sort of way. I’m very active on stage, I always end up dripping in sweat afterwards, it’s always like a full on, wild performance so that’s pretty much like my exercise I would say. Apart from that, my dad’s got a cross-trainer at home, so… maybe I’ll get invited around to have a little go on the cross-trainer.”

What about her diet? “It’s hard when you’re on the road– I try my best,” said the singer. “I’ve gotten really into artichokes recently, I can just eat them for days and days. My main thing on the road is to drink so much water which is also great for me in the studio too. That’s my main health ‘thing’.”
