Catherine McNeil - CelebHealthy_comCatherine McNeil is an Australian fashion model. She was born on May 30, 1989. She started to be prominent after winning a model search hosted by Girlfriend when she was 14 years old. In 2007, her modeling career skyrocketed, leading her to endorse some of the most prominent designers such as Donna Karan, Versace, Jean Paul Gaultier, and D&G. She also constantly appeared on the covers of French Vogue and Australian Vogue. She later on graced the runways and modeled for brands and designers like Shiatzy Chen, Roberto Cavalli, Fendi, Christian Dior, Balenciaga, Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino, Carolina Herrera, Givenchy, Dior, and several others.

Now, how does she stay in perfect shape? Here’s what she said during her interview with Vogue, “I work out five days a week, and I also eat healthy.”

In particular, she’s vegan. “I eat pretty much 90% raw and then the rest, mainly vegan,” she told Into the Gloss. “But I can’t completely give up cheese. I just care about what goes into my body. Over my years of trying different types of food diets, traveling, and things like that, and not working out, working, weird sleeping patterns, green juices, all of that, I learned that it comes to down to how you feel on the inside, which then shows on the outside.”
