Carole Ann Radziwill is an American journalist, author, and reality television personality. She was born on the 20th of August 1963 in New York City, New York, United States. It was in the year 1985 when she started her news career at ABC, particularly working as an intern for the news magazine show an intern 20/20. Apart from being a journalist, she is also famous for being the author of her personal life memoir known as What Remains: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship and Love which was able to make it to the New York Times Best Seller list.
When asked in an interview about her workout routine, Carole said, “Honestly, I was never into going to gyms. I just don’t like the culture. I never knew how to switch my clothes. Lugging around gym clothes and sneakers and stuff, I just could never. My body doesn’t change too much. I’m the same exact weight as I was in eleventh grade of high school.”
For her diet, she said, “In the morning, I have coffee. I try not to, but I love it. And I have a banana or a bagel with cream cheese. I love the Korean delis. I don’t have a relationship with food. I pretty much eat whatever is in front of me. I don’t have a relationship with alcohol either. I know some people that I work with that are like, ‘Let’s get a cocktail or rosé.’ I’ll just have a dirty martini. Although Adam makes fresh margaritas that are amazing and if all drinks tasted like that, I’d probably be an alcoholic, but they don’t. I don’t like cleanses, and I don’t believe in them. You know what the cleanse is? Don’t eat for a whole day. Don’t eat anything. Fasting one day a week is the healthiest thing. You’ll live to 100.”
