Elizabeth Tulloch, better known as Bitsie Tulloch, is an American actress. She was born on January 19, 1981 in San Diego, California. Growing up in countries Uruguay, Spain, and Argentina, she was first highlighted on screen in the year 2004, particularly portraying a guest role in an episode of The West Wing. Two years later, she appeared in an episode of Cold Case, playing the role Tara Kozlowski. She also had appearances on films Sent and Life is Short in the same year. For over several years after, she was able to bring herself to the limelight, portraying various roles both on television programs and flicks. These days, she is seen on the TV series Grimm where she plays the role Juliette Silverton.
When Betsie was interviewed by the Healthy Living Magazine, she shared that she’s very much inclined to Pilates. “I take private Pilates and gyrotonic sessions two to three times a week,” she said. “I love Pilates because it strengthens my core and gyrotonics because it strengthens my back. I have minor scoliosis so I try not to run too much, and I’ve found that Pilates and gyrotonics are really effective ways of staying in shape without doing too much high-impact cardio.”
Other than doing Pilates, she also takes healthy dietary supplements. She explained, “I try to take homeopathic remedies when possible. I swear by Wellness Formula— it makes you burp but it definitely helps ward off sickness. I drink kombucha a few times a week and snack on golden berries. I’ve always been pretty good about eating Greek yogurt and taking probiotics.”
