Elizabeth Madden, better known as Beezie Madden, is an American show jumping competitor and Olympic winner from Nelson, New York. She was born on November 20, 1963 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. She is a product of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. She became remarkable in the sports industry when she won the gold medal at the Olympic Games which was held in Athens alongside Peter Wylde, McLain Ward, and Chris Kappler. In 2008, she also earned gold when she participated at the Beijing Summer Olympics Team Jumping competition. These days, she is highly regarded as one of the successful sports celebrities in the world.
When Beezie was interviewed by More, she was asked about her typical diet. Here’s what she revealed: “I eat healthy. I don’t follow a strict diet because I travel about 330 days a year. When you are on the road you have to make do with what you have. But I always look for the healthy choices.”
Now what about her exercise regimen? “As for exercise, I ride up to six times a week, and depending on my schedule I go either early in the morning or at night for a workout,” she said. “During the months I am in Wellington, Florida, there is a trainer I work with three days a week.”
