Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger was born on July 30, 1947 in Thal, Austria. He is a recognized American actor, film producer, entrepreneur, writer, philanthropist, politician, and professional bodybuilder. He started to be prominent at the age of 20 when he entered the gruelling world of bodybuilding, becoming the youngest man to ever bring home the prestigious Mr. Universe title. Entering the world of Hollywood, he first appeared on screen in 1969 by the name Arnold Strong when he played a role Hercules in Hercules in New York. Eventually, he became the “New Male Star of the Year” in the year 1977 for his significant role in Stay Hungry alongside Sally Field. After a number of films he particularly starred, he delved into the world of politics in 2003 and became the 38th governor of California until 2010. Other than that, he is also famous as a businessman, involving himself in bricklaying business as well as real estate investing and operating his own restaurant.
As a former bodybuilder, it’s no longer a surprise why he’s incredibly fit and strong. His athletic built is a result of his gruelling workout. For his diet, he consumes five to six small meals a day. He also consumes carbs thirty minutes after workout and reasonable amount of protein every three hours.
