Arielle Caroline Kebbel, born in Winter Park, Florida on February 19, 1985, is an American model and actress. She is the daughter of talent manager and production company owner Sheri. A graduate of Crenshaw School in Winter Garden, she is famously distinguished as the 2002 Miss Florida Teen USA. She started her acting career in the year 2003, particularly appearing in an episode of the TV series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. In 2004, she was cast on the film Soul Plane and played the role Heather Hunkee. Her first breakthrough happened when she was cast on the popular TV series Gilmore Girls where she played as Lindsay Anne Lister Forester. The said TV series gave her the opportunity to show her amazing talent in acting, leading her to series of role opportunities which include on the TV series The Vampire Diaries, 90210, and many others. Presently, she appears on TV series Instant Mom and The After.
According to the pretty actress, fitness is all about improving spiritual and mental health apart from physical. Her usual workout routine consists of meditation, relaxation, and visualization.
For her diet, she usually consumes fresh fruits and veggies. And she’s a fan of protein smoothie. She also said in one of her interviews, “I’m a huge fan of Birds Cafe. A lot of times we’ll do dinner with friends at Birds cafe – a quarter chicken with steamed veggies.”
