American actress and model Amber Evangeline Valletta, simply known as Amber Valletta, was born on February 9, 1974 in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Prior to acting, she first worked as a cover model in different magazines and even modelled some fashion products by Louis Vuitton, Versace, and Calvin Klein. With her background in modeling school, she easily landed a place in those recognized magazines. In 1999, she climbed the ladder of success in the modeling world when she was labeled as one of the “Modern Muses” of the American Vogue. Later on she decided to pursue acting. Her first ever screen appearance happened in the year 2000 when she portrayed the role Mindy Deal in the film Drop Back Ten. The same year, she was highlighted in movies What Lies Beneath and The Family Man. Soon after, she got another series of roles in different films and TV series. Nowadays, we can see her portraying the role Sonya Odum in Legends.

I didn’t have that kind of talent, but I loved being physical.”

And what about her eating habits? According to the actress, “I try to have a lot of little meals during the day I just feel better when I eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, midday snack, dinner, and bite of something before bed.” She added that she always start her day by drinking a homemade juice with apples, cucumber spinach, and parsley.
