Alison Victoria, born Alison Victoria Gramenos in 1982, is an interior designer who started to design at the tender age of 10. She is a product of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After graduating from the said university, she began her professional career at Christopher Homes in Las Vegas, being the youngest designer. After two years, she was able to build her own full-service interior design firm in Chicago called Alison Victoria Interiors, Inc. Other than being a designer, she also served as a creative director for Silverton Casino Hotel in Las Vegas and oversaw a $160 million expansion. Meanwhile, she also became remarkable for her work on Kitchen Crashers, Ultimate Crash: House, Bath, Kitchen and Yard, and The Ultimate Crash: House, Bath, Kitchen and Yard.
Alison stated on her blog that she’s been doing serious workouts. “I’ve been blessed with zero patience so I need a workout that takes 30 minutes or less and a routine that’s always new and exciting. The WOD (workout of the day) focuses on muscle confusion and is never, ever boring. Whether I’m taking a class or doing my own WOD at the gym, Crossfit is the only way I work out!” she stated.
Seems like a really interesting workout routine. She didn’t explain her diet but she seems to be practicing a healthy one, based on her extreme dedication to workout.
