Alexander Richard Pettyfer, Alex for short, was born in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, England on 10 April 1990 to parents Lee Ireland who worked as an interior decorator, and Richard Pettyfer who worked as an actor. As a child, Alex had an experience working as a fashion model for Gap leading him to more TV exposure such as appearing in yogurt advertisements. In 2005, Alex had his debut in TV as he played the role of an eponymous in ‘Tom Brown’s Schooldays’ along side with Stephen Fry.
With a body like his, every girl would really go crazy over him. But how does he do it? How was he able to achieve a well toned body with chiseled abs and sculpted shoulders? To achieve a body like his, one must indulge to doing different forms of exercises like Lateral Raises on a Dumbbell, Dumbbell Shoulder Presses in sitting positions, pull ups, Incline Dumbbell Bench Press and a whole lot more.
Of course, exercising alone wouldn’t be enough if you really want to tone and sculpt your body just like how Alex does it because you also need to include having a balanced diet to your routine so as to give your body all the nutrients and supplements it needs to perform at its best ability and give your muscles enough strength to grow and develop.
