Agnieszka Radwanska is a Polish professional tennis player born on 6th of March, 1989. She is the daughter of Robert and Marta Radwański. She started playing tennis when she was four years old after her father taught her how to play the sport. It was in the year 2005 when she started to compete for tennis tournaments. One of her greatest achievements was in Wimbledon by which she was able to defeat Tamira Paszek and attained the junior singles title. In 2006, she joined J&S Cup which was her first WTA tournament exposure. The said tournament made her become notable as she was able to put down Anastasia Myskina during the opening match. She had series of tournaments afterwards wherein she won and also struggled to succeed. But as a whole, she continues to be successful. In fact, she is the 9th highest-earning female athlete in the world based on the Forbes 2012 record.
Agnieszka’s main workout regimen is playing tennis. For her, it’s the best workout and she does not even always have to go to the gym because it’s simply enough. “I feel fortunate that I can stay pretty lean without having to do too much gym work,” according to Agnieszka. “With tennis, you have to play nearly every day, so I don’t get to spend as much time in the gym as I would like. But for as long as I can remember I have been playing tennis, so I have a pretty active lifestyle.”
She’s also a person who does not pressure herself when it comes to dieting. She eats what she likes. And she loves junk foods! “You can’t beat a nice, home-cooked Polish meal. But also McDonald’s cheeseburgers or cheesecakes from The Cheesecake Factory. I am proud to say I have tried every single one!” she shared.
