Adam Scott Health, Fitness, Height, Weight, Chest, Biceps and Waist Size

PGA Gold Coast 2013Adam Derek Scott is an Australian professional golfer who plays mainly on the PGA Tour. He was born on April 3, 1973 in Santa Cruz, California, United States. He was the World No. 1 ranked golfer from mid-May to August 2014. He has particularly won 27 professional tournaments around the world, on many of golf’s major tours. In 1997 and 1998, he joined and won Australian Boys’ Amateur. These days, he continues to be a remarkable golf player in the sports industry.

Now what is Adam’s fitness regime? Here’s what he said in an interview: “It’s a mixture of everything, I like to go five days a week to the gym.  And I do some specific things, to me, that I need to do.  I need to train my legs hard because that’s just the way it is.  If they’re not firing then it affects my golf swing poorly.  So I do some strength stuff with that.  I do a lot of rotation stuff through my spine, which is very important for golf, as that’s all we should be using to hit the golf ball.  And certain other exercises.  So I spend an hour in the gym five days a week, probably.”

Now what’s his diet like? Any restricted foods? “I try and eat as well as I can,” he said. “But I certainly don’t deny myself anything.  I just work out harder if I eat bad food.”
