Born on September 9, 1966 in Brooklyn, New York, Adam Richard Sandler is the son of Stanley and Judy Sandler. He is a renowned actor, comedian, screenwriter, and film producer. He is known to be of Jewish descent whose family came from Russia. Growing up, he is already seen as someone with a comedic talent. He found inspiration to comedy icons Bill Murray, Mel Brooks, and Rodney Dangerfield. He started to dominate the industry when he was cast in The Cosby Show and played the role Smitty. Eventually, he got a piece of role in the motion picture Going Overboard where he worked with Burt Young, Tom Hodges, Scott LaRose, and many other casts. He also played significant roles in several films such as The Wedding Singer, Little Nicky, The Hot Chick, You Don’t Mess with the Zohan, Grown Ups, and many others. His television appearances include TV programs ABC Afterschool Special, Saturday Night Live, and The King of Queens.

Adam has undergone a tremendous workout while he was filming You Don’t Mess with the Zohan. He trained together with his fitness trainer Duffy Gaver. According to Duffy, Adam’s workout is all about adding a bulk of muscle on his body and shedding off some fats. “He needed to put on quite a bit of muscle and drop a fair percentage of body fat,” he said. “He was very dedicated from the word go and willing to do the work that was necessary.” In addition, he incorporated some cardio exercises on his routine apart from workout regimen for muscle building.

When it comes to Adam’s diet, Duffy said Adam undergone a strict diet. “I think the diet got a little tough,” Duffy said. “But he was pretty great. Just to stay with the leaner proteins, the chicken and the fish. All my clients know this: chicken,broccoli and brown rice.”
