American actress Abigail Leigh Spencer was born on August 4, 1981 in Gulf Breeze, Florida to parents Lydia Ann and Yancy Spencer III. She started her career by portraying the role Rebecca “Becca” Tyree All My Children from 1999 to 2001. She then experienced her first movie exposure in the year 2001 when she was cast as Melissa on the flick Campfire Stories. In 2007, she became prominent for appearing on the TV program How I Met Your Mother. She also portrayed significant roles on films Fathers and Sons, Cowboys & Aliens, The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia, Oz the Great and Powerful, Beautiful Now, and many others. From 2011 to 2014, she appeared on the TV series Suits and was also highlighted on Burning Love from 2012 to 2013. Presently, she stars on Rectify and plays the role Amantha Holden.
So how does she stay in great shape? “I used to work out all the time, but after I had my son I was like ‘no more,'” Abigail shared in an interview. “I’ve only done Pilates since I had my son– I gained 40 pounds of pregnancy weight and lost of all of it without dieting. I’m in way better shape than I was before my pregnancy!”
