Abbey is the daughter of Geoffrey Thomas Clancy and Karen Clancy. She is also the sister to Sean and John Clancy. SHe married to Soccer Player Peter Crouch and they have a  daughter Sophia Ruby 2011.

Abbey made her television debut as a guest presenter on the Television series Richard & Judy. However what she is really known for is her super long legs and modelling on the runway.

So how does the Model keep her figure, even after having a child? After only 7 months Abbey bounced back to her sexy model body, and brought herself back to pre-mum body. After Sofia’s birth she intensely when to the gym, working out twice a day, 6 times a week. Her workouts consist of cardio, weight lifting and leg presses. She tones her stomach with horse-riding.

To lose weight she used Hypoxi and Vacunaut systems which targets the stomach and butt.  The Hypoxi and Vacunaut system involves wearing a wet suit which makes you burn calories faster in the targeted areas of your body.

Abbey never skips her breakfast which consists of an omelette. She then has fish or a chicken salad and for dinner, she cooks meat and vegetables.
