Aamir Khan - CelebHealthy_comAamir Khan, A.K.A The Tom Hanks of India, was born on 14th March, 1965 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Aamir is son to deceased film producer Tahir Hussain and Zeenat Hussain and brother to Actor Faisal Khan, Nikhat Khan, Farhat Khan.

Aamir is best known for his roles in Hindi films. A few of the films he has been in, inchronological order are; Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak [1988], Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar [1992], Andaz Apna Apna [1994], Raja Hindustani [1996], Lagaan [2001], 3 Idiots [2009], Dhoom 3 [2013].

He is thought to be a fitness junkie and has shown off his six-pack in many of his movies. He especially toned up for the movie Dhoom. He checked his BMI every morning and wants to have a less than 10% body fat. This is one of the reasons why he is known as “Mr Perfectionist”. However for each movie his fat % has fluctuated to “perfect” each role.

Leg: Barbell squat, Barbell lunge, Leg press machine, Leg curl machine, Standing calf raises.
WEDNESDAY
Chest: Barbell bench press, Inclined barbell bench press, Declined barbell bench press, , Dumbbell fly.
Triceps: Triceps extension, Cable press down, One arm triceps extension, Triceps Dips.
THURSDAY
Abs/Core:  Seated leg tucks, Back extensions, Vertical bench crunches, Hanging leg raises, Crunches with stability ball
FRIDAY
Shoulders Workout:  Dumbbell press, Bent over shoulder raise, Dumbbell shrug, Lateral dumbbell raise, Military barbell press.
WEEKEND HE RESTS

Breakfast – Green tea with muesli, egg whites and fruits
Morning Snack – Fruits and vegetable juices
Lunch – Dal roti, curd and sabzi
