Indian actress Zoa Morani was born on March 29, 1988. Before she became enthusiastic with acting, she first worked as an assistant director for the 2007 film Om Shanti Om as well as on the 2008 film Halla Bol. After she realized that she has no desire with film directing, she decided to pursue acting and took acting lessons. It was in the year 2011 when she had her first acting project which was on the film Always Kabhi Kabhi wherein she acted as Nandini. A year after, she again lit the big screen when she was cast on the film Mastaan. In 2013, she also appeared on the film Bhaag Johnny and portrayed the role Tanya.
Zoa obviously has a rocking body. But surprisingly, she does not go to the gym. “I hate going to the gym and sometimes when I don’t feel like doing cardio, I run on the beach. It’s a good substitute and works well for me!” she shared in one of her interviews.
But she’s very conscious when it comes to her diet and she took inspiration from her mom when it comes to keeping her body fit. She said, “My mom was actually the one who pushed me into being fit and eating healthy. She is very particular about her fitness and just before I started work, she really pushed me to look my best. I decided to do power yoga to lose the baby fat. I started training with Payal Gidwani, a power yoga instructor. After that I started training with her husband Manish, and now I can easily say that I can’t do without my daily dose of Yoga.”
