When she was asked by the Daily mail UK about her diet, the fashion designer said, “In the early Sixties, I went to a doctor in Harley Street, who gave me a vitamin injection every week and limited my diet to meat, fish and eggs— a precursor to the Atkins diet. I followed it for a couple of months and lost a stone. I wouldn’t have that sort of willpower now. I’m 5 feet 1 inch and weigh nine stone.”

Zandra also said that she’s making it sure that she sleeps well in order to have energy at daytime. “I don’t sleep long— usually four or five hours a night— but I do sleep well and find falling asleep very easy.”
