Will Genia - celebhealthy_comWill Genia is a Papua New Guinean-born Australian professional rugby union player. He was born on January 17, 1988 in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea to parents Kilroy Genia and Elizabeth Genia. He currently plays scrum-half for the Queensland Reds in the Super Rugby competition. He also plays for the Wallabies in international matches. In the year 2005, he became notable when he played for the Australia ‘A’ Schoolboys team. The same year, he also became part of the Australian Under 19 rugby team. He even became more remakrable when he was voted by rugby writers as the Australian Super Rugby Player of the Year.

Now how often does Will train? In one of his interviews, he revealed, “Twice a day, every day– except for Wednesday.” According to him, he indulges on different exercises. And the hardest? It’s the cardio exercises. “When you’re starting off, it’s really hard to push through that initial pain barrier,” he said.  “You really have to push yourself if you want to build a strong base to work off when the season begins.”

As for his diet, he stays healthy by eating only healthy foods. He’s an advocate of balanced diet, which explains his fit and healthy physique.
