Indian cricketer Virat Kohli was born on November 5, 1988 in Delhi, India to parents Saroj Kohli and Prem Kohli. He plays as the right-handed middle-order batsman. Currently he is the captain of the Indian Test team. In the year 2008, he captained the Indian team during the U/19 Cricket World Cup which was held in Malaysia. Throughout his sports career, he is known as someone who holds multiple records such as the record for the fastest century by an Indian batsman and the fastest to 17 hundreds in ODI by any batsman.
So how does Virat maintain a fit and strong physique? Well, in one of his interviews, he said he prefers to perform cardio exercises and weight lifting. He said that he even combines both which gives him amazing effects.
Virat, on the other hand, is very well-disciplined with his body as he has no vices like smoking and alcohol drinking. When it comes to his diet, he always watches what he eats.
