Trish Stratus - CelebHealthy_comPatricia Anne Stratigias, better known by her ring name Trish Stratus, is a retired Canadian professional wrestler, former fitness model, actress, fitness trainer, and TV personality. She was born on December 18, 1975 in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. She was once a student of York University who focused more on biology and kinesiology. She was known to be a very athletic person during her college days as she used to play hockey field and soccer. Discovering that she’s quite interested in wrestling, she decided to pursue it and eventually made her wrestling debut in the year 2000. Her first wrestling appearance happened when she appeared in an episode of Sunday Night Heat, carrying her ring name Trish Stratus. She also had her first ring debut in SmackDown! and although she joined the WWF Women’s Championship numerous times and ended up unsuccessful, she became one of the well-known female wrestlers, to the point of being able to bring her talent in the world of show business as she appeared in various TV programs and sitcoms.

A woman who grew up in an athletic way, it is no wonder why she’s endowed with lean and strong body. She constantly hits the gym, performing exercises that strengthen her overall body such as leg exercises, chest and biceps training, cardio exercises, back exercises, abs training, and shoulders and triceps training.

For her diet, she follows a certain diet plan wherein she normally eats eggs and oatmeal or plain rice with tuna for a meal.
